Shipping & Returns

Cool and Collectable use Recorded Delivery by Royal Mail and ParcelForce.

Unlike many other online retailers, we do not make any profit on our shipping costs. So you can be sure that you are buying your item at the right price, delivered direct to your door.

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allows you the consumer, a 7 working day cooling off period. If you wish to return the goods you have purchased from us we will gladly refund your money after receiving your return. Please notify us by writing within 7 days of purchase if you wish to refund your items.

Postage and packing:
Refunds will not include the cost of shipping and returns back to Cool and Collectable will be at the cost of the customer. Replacement products which need to be sent from us will require the payment of postage and packing.

Delivery:
Delivery will be by Royal Mail recorded delivery for parcels weighing less than 3.6Kg.
Delivery will be by Parcel Force 48 hours service for parcels weighing over 3.6kg.
All free deliveries are for mainland United Kingdom Only. For deliveries outside UK please call for pricing.

Faulty goods:
Faulty Goods will be replaced after receiving your returned product (subject to availability), Cool and Collectable will not charge for any additional shipping from our stock depot.

Polite Notice:
If goods are not returned with 28 days it will be assumed that the customer wishes to keep them - exchanges / returns will not be actioned.
